1. By submitting the Registration Form below, you hereby confirm that you (hereinafter referred to as “You,” “Your,” “the Adult Student” and/or “Student(s)” are over the age of 18) or that you are the Parent or Legal Guardian of the “Minor Student” that is hereby registering to attend and participate in classes at KIDS IN SHOWBIZ / RISE MEDIA BUSINESS & TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL INC). The Kids In Showbiz - Rise Media Business & Technical Training School Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “RISE”), is a Maryland Nonprofit Corporation located at various locations in Maryland and Washington, DC. You the Student (and/or the Parent and/or Legal Guardian and Minor Student) fully understand and agree to comply with all of the following Terms and Conditions and the Talent Release Agreement written below.
2. All Students/Minor Students please note that if you are absent and miss any daily classroom work, there are no make-up sessions. Therefore, it is up to you to get any Course Information (either from your Course Instructor or from a fellow Student) that you may have missed in your absence.
3. Please note that all audio, video, digital files and media recordings created and/or produced by You (the Student or Minor Student) during your attendance at RISE are the sole property and control in perpetuity and throughout the universe of RISE. In addition, You hereby grant exclusive permission to RISE to acquire, capture, videotape, record, photograph, digitize, edit, convert, digitally convert, upload, download, post, stream, reproduce, copyright, distribute, advertise, license, promote, broadcast, transmit, stream, sell, and solely own in perpetuity and throughout the universe all of the Student or Minor Student's Media, Student works and files containing the image, likeness, film, video, audio, vocal, musical, illustration, and/or creative works (of any form of Media) of the Student or Minor Student who is hereby registered to attend RISE MEDIA BUSINESS & TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL.
4. i. The Student (Minor Student, Parent or Legal Guardian) hereby grants RISE and Z Super Channel the sole and all exclusive rights, including copyrights and permissions throughout the Universe (free of any compensation whatsoever to the Student, Minor Student or Parent) of the Students Media (audio, video and all other forms of media) to stream, broadcast, repeat broadcast, distribute, transmit, post, sell, advertise, promote, edit, upload, download, post, record, re-record, mix, master, convert, digitally convert, sell, copyright, trademark and license any and all forms of media that were created by the Student/Minor Student for which the Student/Minor Student participated in as Talent or Crew and/or that the Student / Minor Student contributed to (as a Writer, or as part of the Production or Post Production).
4. ii. In addition, you (the Student, Minor Student and/or the Parent or Legal Guardian of Minor Student) also grant RISE, the sole and exclusive right in perpetuity and throughout the universe to own, copyright, license, distribute, sell, upload, download, post, broadcast, repeat broadcasts, transmit, stream, advertise, promote, convert, digitally convert, mix, master, re-record, re-edit and reproduce all audio, video, film, vocal, musical, illustrations, creative works and all media (including any form of media past, present and future) that contains the works, image, likeness, audio, video, film works, vocal, musical, and/or creative works of You the Student &/or the Minor Student created at RISE for course work, advertising, sales, broadcast, transmission, Internet, streaming, uploading, downloading, posting, its’ websites, licensing, reproduction, distribution, promotions, documentaries, infomercials, television programming and/or for any other commercial purposes.
4. iii. In doing so, you hereby grant and fully understand that RISE and Z SUPER CHANNEL / FIRST POWER MEDIA GROUP INC., (and/or any of their Websites, Third Party Licensees or Business Affiliates) are not liable to compensate you (meaning the Student, the Parent, Legal Guardian and/or Minor Student) in any way, for any reason or in any form whatsoever. This includes for any of it's Promos, Television Programs, Movies/Films, Documentaries, Media Lab Works, Media Workshops, Social Media Videos, Website Illustrations or Videos, Infomercials, TV Commercial Ads, Website Ads, Internet Posts or Works, School Student Activities and/or any other Forms of Media that were created by the Student/Minor Student including but not limited to any form of Media that the Student/ Minor Student created, participated in creating and/or contributed to for RISE Training School and/or Z SUPER CHANNEL.
4. iv. In addition, RISE, Z SUPER CHANNEL / FIRST POWER MEDIA GROUP INC., and any of their Third Party Licensees and/or Affiliates are hereby perpetually free of any financial claims, payments, compensation, rights or royalties to be owed or paid to You the Student, the Parent / Legal Guardian, the Minor Student).
4. v. Please note that RISE will present the Full Name of all Students (including a Minor Student) whose works or performance are presented on any Movie Broadcast or Streamed Television Program and.or Episode -- (for the particular TV Episode that they or their work is appearing), and such credits will be broadcast as "End of TV Show" Credits, however RISE shall not be obligated to showcase, advertise, present or promote any Student or Minor Student's Full Name, Works or their Performance Credits to Viewers on any Media that is posted, uploaded, downloaded and/or showcased for viewers on Rise Training School's Social Media platforms (for example on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, X - formerly Twitter, etc.), or any other RISE social media site and/or RISE website.
5. The Student, and the Parent of a Minor Student are free to include the registered Student’s Name and RISE MEDIA BUSINESS & TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL on their Resume for the purpose of seeking professional employment in the Entertainment Industry.
6. If the Student is a Minor, please note that only Authorized Adults listed on this form will be allowed to pick up your child from our Facility. Exceptions will only be made with verbal or written authorization from the Parent / Legal Guardian to a RISE Corporate School Official only.
7. Students should not knowingly come to class with a fever, virus or flu-like illness, or when having a communicable illness (such as chicken pox, lice, ring worms, etc.). If a Minor Student arrives and is not feeling well, a parent will be notified and we will do our utmost to comfort you or your child. However, if the condition worsens, a Parent or responsible adult will be notified and a decision will be jointly made between the Parent and Company Corporate Management, concerning the appropriate action that will be taken concerning an adult or child that is ill. Please note that we will not dispense medicine to any Minor Student or Adult Student.
8. RISE MEDIA BUSINESS & TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL is a multi-use facility. It is likely that RISE Corporate Officials, Staff or other Businesses within our building may be conducting business simultaneously during our Class Programs. Unless escorted by a Company Employee, students are not permitted to play or loiter inside or outside of the facility. Likewise, students are not permitted to run, play or become loud and boisterous in the facility hallways, rooms, traffic ways, restrooms and other inside or outside public spaces. Unattended students are not permitted in our private office areas.
9. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the building or on the outside perimeter of the building. The consumption of food or non-alcoholic beverages is permissible in designated areas only. Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the recording studio and other areas where sound, video, film, lighting or other production / post –production equipment is housed.
10. Constant behavioral or disciplinary problems (fighting, disrespect to other students, Staff or Instructors, destruction of property, etc.), will not be tolerated. Any student that does not comply with RISE Facility rules will be promptly dismissed and terminated from our program and RISE reserves the right to retain all payments and/or fees that have been paid. Likewise, in case of student termination from our program, the Student and/or Parent / Legal Guardian agrees that any fees that are due to RISE from the Student, Parent or Legal Guardian must be compensated and paid IN FULL by the Student, Parent &/or Legal Guardian within Two Weeks (Fourteen days) of termination.
11. RISE will not assume any responsibility, liability or financial compensation for the damage or loss of any items left at our facility.
12. Parents (or the Legal Guardian) must review all of these entire Terms and Conditions with their Child (Minor Student).
13. NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY. The Kids in Showbiz - Rise Media Business & Technical Training School provides Equal Opportunity and we do not discriminate in the administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and any other school-administered programs. We admit students of any race, color, gender, age, national origin, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, citizenship, disability, veteran status, HIV/AIDS status, or any other legally protected factor.

By submitting the RISE MEDIA BUSINESS & TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM on the Rise Training School website, You the Student, Minor Student, or the Parent or Legal Guardian of the Minor Student hereby confirm that you have read, fully understand and agree to aide by all of the Student Terms, Conditions and Talent Release Agreement Clauses contained herein.
