The Rise Business and Office Administrative Assistant Certification program was created to prepare each student to obtain real world hands on experience with standard Office, Computer and Administrative Assistant related practices and procedures.
Upon successful completion of our program, each student will be able to successfully pursue a professional career as an Executive Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, Executive Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Administrator, Administrative Aide, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Receptionist, Government Clerk, Clerical Assistant, Office Assistant or Data Entry Operator.
To ensure each student’s acquisition of in-depth knowledge and prepare students for professional employment (after successful completion of all required classes), the Rise Business and Office Administrative Assistant Program immerses each student with intensive physical “Hands On” training with various Office and Business software that includes: Microsoft Office Suite i.e., MS Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Publisher, Access and Microsoft Outlook. Students will learn how to create and compose professionally formatted letters of correspondence, data entry reports, financial reports, business proposals, sales and marketing presentations, company brochures, email marketing documents, mail sorting and a wide variety of other business related documents. Students will also learn the art of setting up, trouble shooting and preparing for Video-Conferences and multi-tasking with Course Projects that include Xeroxing, Collating and Filing Documents as well as Front Desk Management, Customer Service and Telephone Etiquette.
This course also includes a Business and Office Etiquette Course to prepare all students for professional real world employment and a successful career. After successful completion of the Business and Office Administrative Assistant Program, our students are Certified and will be fully prepared to pursue a career with complete confidence with companies and private businesses that include: Law Firms, Non-Profit Organizations, Government Agencies, Hotels, Conference Centers, National and International Corporations and and Private Businesses.
