The Audio Engineering Training Program is a 2 Part Certification Course. The course objective is to prepare each student to obtain an in-depth knowledge of professional recording studio / audio engineering practices, standards and procedures so that each student can successfully pursue a professional career as an Audio Engineer, Audio Visual Specialist, Broadcast Engineer, Master Control Operator, Live Event Sound Engineer, Production Assistant, Event Crew Technician or Stagehand. To Implement our student’s acquisition of in-depth knowledge and prepare each student for professional employment upon successful completion of our program our classes consists of 2 Levels of Course Training. The first level is Recording Studio Audio Engineering.
The Recording Studio Audio Engineering program immerses each student with hands on learning and understanding of theory, professional studio terminology, the recording console, understanding the required equipment, recording, monitoring and mixing as well as understanding audio signal flow. Students train recording and mixing various music styles of songs, solo and group vocals, special effects and voice-overs for film and television broadcast and radio airplay. In addition, each student is required to attend all written and hands on quizzes and tests.
Business Etiquette training and Intensive Lab Hours of physical “Hands On” recording, monitoring and mixing are also required in a real world Professional Recording Studio environment.
