KIDS IN SHOWBIZ / RISE TRAINING SCHOOL

We at Rise Media Business & Technical Training School take all student complaints seriously. A complaint is a claim by a student or group of students regarding alleged improper, unfair, or arbitrary treatment. Complaints of an academic nature are generally resolved within the division offering the course. Questions or disagreements about grades, performance in class, assignments, and class rules and procedures should be discussed first with the Instructor outside of the classroom environment for more immediate resolutions if possible. Students are encouraged to take complaints about a person or department directly to the person or department against whom the complaint is directed. However, not all complaints can be resolved one on one. The Rise School has created an online process by which a student can file a formal complaint. Complaints placed in writing on this form will be directed to the person who can most appropriately address the complaint. Students will be contacted if additional information is needed and notified of the actions taken regarding the complaint. Although anonymous complaints are permitted, the omission of your name and important contact information will limit the School’s ability to investigate and promptly respond.
